As co-founder, he leads the foundation's strategic development, institutional relationships, and long-range vision for the Askêsis Leadership Academy. His professional background spans finance, leadership development, and diaspora engagement across the Caribbean and United States

Randy is a member of the Saint-Louis de Gonzague Class of 2006. As co-founder, he leads the foundation's program architecture, community partnerships, and operational discipline.
